My customers are very, very important to me. Without you Nuclear Boutique wouldn’t exist, and I am rather fond of my little shop.

~ All hair is No Transfer. This means I cannot offer a refund or an exchange for any reason. If you have purchased two of the same color then please contact me.
~ The majority of the clothing is No Transfer. If you would like an item to be transferable, please contact me and we can make that happen.
~ Nuclear Boutique strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason, please contact me. I will work with you to ensure a positive experience with us.
~ I will not tolerate the abuse of my customers OR my staff. I work hard to ensure a comfortable and pleasant shopping experience and I will eject and/or ban anyone who threatens the enjoyment of others. My staff will also enforce this policy.
FAQ
Q: Do you do custom hair/outfits?
A: No. I simply do not have the time. If you have a suggestion for an outfit, or hair style then please let me know. If I use your idea then you will get the item free.
Q: The hair/skirt doesn’t fit. Now what?
A: In the folder with your item you will find a Note Card with instructions on how to edit your item. Please make a copy of the item first in case you are not happy with your editing since I cannot refund or exchange your purchase price. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. I’m always willing to help!
Q: Someone was in the store soliciting for money and/or sex, was using weapons, being obnoxious, using foul language...etc. What can I do?
A: Speak to one of my Sales Associates, or if one is not on duty please IM me immediately or send me an email at NuclearBoutique@Gmail.com. They will be banned from the sim.
Again, my customers are very important to me and I believe everyone should be able to shop without being harassed in any way. I have a very low tolerance for stupidity or childish behavior. If someone feels the need to make an ass of themselves, they can go elsewhere.
Q: I saw a hair style similar to one of yours. Should I tell you? Did they steal your idea?
A: No. Please keep in mind that there are a limited amount of prims to work with when creating hair styles, and hair is well, hair in that there are set requirements as to what hair should look like. Chances are the styles may be similar simply because they had the same idea. The differences will be in how the prim was tortured, how the textures are applied, and how the prims are arranged. It is a serious accusation to accuse someone of stealing ideas in SL, so please be careful when making such an accusation.
Q: Why do so many of your hairstyles have such freakin’ long flexi hair?
A: I have short hair in RL. I love my short hair...easy to take care of and it looks great on me. But there has always been a part of me who wants the long luxurious locks I’ve been denied thanks to my genetic makeup. So naturally that translates to long hair in a world where you can be whomever you want to be.
Q: How do you come with ideas for your hair styles and clothing?
A: I’m an avid reader of fashion magazines and hair magazines, so most of my ideas come from something I’ve seen, or something I wish I’d see more often.
Q: How often do you add new products?
A: As often as possible. I am always adding new products and new styles so that all of my customers have something to choose from. I also revamped the store to give a more open feeling and much needed wall space. This all takes a lot of time, but I try to add new items as I can and will announce them both In World via group notices when they are working (so join the Nuclear Boutique Group) and on my Blog.
Q: Will you be adding any items for men?
A: Yes. I have a line of hair for men as well as some casual clothing in the works. The Hombre Collection for men will be launched on Saturday, January 12th at 10am in the new Mens Shop at Nuclear Boutique.
